Hi Friends! My name is Nina Colello. I am a 16 year old self-taught baker who has grown up in the Northern New York area. Starting from a young age, I was taught the basics of the kitchen from my grandmother and have carried this knowledge with me throughout the years and have continued to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.

 

Not long after realizing my love for baking, my neighbors, community members, and friends became interested in the goods I created, and I started providing desserts for social gatherings, weddings, and birthday celebrations. From the beginning, I fell in love with making cakes and cupcakes  and making people smile with every sweet and delicious dessert. ​

In between trying out new desserts, I enjoy swimming and playing lacrosse on my school's sports teams, and spending time up on the river with my family and friends.
